White flaky crystal. Soluble in hot water, slightly soluble in cold water and inorganic acids, insoluble in ammonia water. The melting point is 780°C. poisonous. irritating.

Preparation or source

It is obtained by neutralizing with potassium hydroxide after the action of hydrofluoric acid and metatitanic acid.
